Tock is built to know as little about you as possible. The short version: we don’t collect personal data, we don’t track you, and there are no ads or analytics.

What stays on your device

Your timers, labels, recent times, voice and personality choices, and Tempo settings are stored only on your device. Speech is generated on your device with the voices it already has, so nothing you hear is sent anywhere.

Purchases

If you buy Tock+, Apple processes the payment. We use RevenueCat to check whether Tock+ is unlocked; it receives an anonymous ID created by the app and your purchase receipt, never your name or email. You can read RevenueCat’s privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Notifications and Live Activities

Notifications and the Lock Screen countdown are created on your device. Tock doesn’t use push notifications or send them through a server.

The website

This website and the web app don’t use cookies, analytics or trackers. Settings you change in the web app are saved in your browser’s local storage.

Children

Tock is suitable for everyone and collects no data from anyone, including children.
